So your nails are breaking, splitting, why won't they grow as you are in a store with thousands of ideas and what do I buy?? Well lets see if I can help a bit. First a strengthener won't really fix your issues. You need to buy something that caters to your exact problem. Of course if you want to spend a lot of money you can pick up OPI Nail Envy. It seems to work for other people. I personally don't think you have to spend that kind of money. First you need to care for your nails. A must is cuticle oil or cream...if you have bad cuticles its going to impact your nails. Second NEVER cut your cuticles that you push back this can cause nasty infections. I personally have a cheap cuticle oil and I use it twice a week also hand lotion everyday for nails is good. I use Vaseline beauty hand and nail conditioning. Next wear rubber gloves when cleaning or doing dishes...those chemicals are awful to our nails. Now what to start our nails off with. After a lot of wasting money I have found only one that can be purchased at a beauty supply store and one to buy at a department or drugstore. The more exoensive one is Nail Tek it goes on smooth and I use 2 coats but wait for each coat to dry. The other one is called Nutra nail witth green tea extracts. It can be very complicated with so many of them staring at you I know I have been there. Looking for a simple strengthener in my trial and error just won't work. Treat them with cuticke oil and like I said a good hand cream and use it everyday. Uf you want your nails to grow treat them like something growing. If you don't have rubber gloves invest in them!!!
